ONE BODY CAM SYSTEM. NOT FIVE.
Most agencies piece it together. One vendor for cameras, another for storage, someone else for redaction, and IT in the middle trying to make it all work. Footage gets stuck. Chain-of-custody breaks. Investigators wait days for clips that should take minutes.
LensLock runs cameras, upload, storage, and evidence review on one platform. Officer docks a camera or uploads wirelessly. Footage lands in a secure system with chain-of-custody already attached. No file transfers between platforms. No manual logging. No lag.
Fewer systems. Fewer handoffs. Faster turnaround from the field to court.
POLICE BODY CAM SYSTEMS BUILT FOR THE JOB.
LensLock was built for law enforcement.
Not adapted from consumer hardware. Not bolted onto someone else's cloud.
Hardware warranty for the full length of your contract.
Camera goes down? We replace it. You are not buying spares out of your operating budget.
Storage on Microsoft Azure Government Cloud.
FBI CJIS-compliant. Screened US citizens only. No surprise overage charges.
Every feature, from recording triggers to redaction, was built around how agencies actually run.
Not how a product team guessed you would.

NEVER MISS ANOTHER CRITICAL INCIDENT.
A missed recording on a use-of-force call means an Internal Affairs case with no footage, a public records request you cannot fill, and testimony with nothing to back it up. One gap in the record creates problems that outlast the incident.

LensLock handles this with automatic triggers. Holster draw, siren activation, vehicle door open, speed threshold, collision. The camera starts recording on its own. Officers stay focused on the call.
B.I.T.S. (Bluetooth Integrated Technology Service) takes it further. Agencies using B.I.T.S. have gone from manual activation rates around 60% to near-complete coverage across patrol. Compatible with Gen 12, Gen 12.5, and Eagle 13.
